Servers (Server 2003 only)
We will also come to your business and solve your server problems at the
following rates:
First Hour - £60 (within 100 miles of Newcastle Upon Tyne)
Additional Hours after first hour - £45 per hour or part
thereof
The above fee's are for all of the following :-
- Reinstallation of existing operating system*. (You must supply your restore disc)
- Installation of any drivers required for motherboard or installed server hardware.
- Addition of any cards like graphics cards / modems
- Broadband setup and diagnostics to server and internal network
- Installation of any server software you provide*
- Business networking setup and diagnostics
- Network Printer Setup
- Server Fax Setup
- Setup of Exchange Server
- Setup of Slave Pc's on your network.
Remote Access only - £40 per hour (Available to Customers
Worldwide also)
(This where we access your server remotely to resolve software
issues- No visit required)
- Complete a antivirus/spyware scan of your server(s)
- Install any new software your provide*
- Complete windows updates for all software on your server
- Resolve manage/exchange email issues
- Setup network printer
- Setup server fax
- Setup intranet website
* any software you provide for us to install must be original manufacturers supplied disks and you must have correct licensing.
