Upgrading Your Pc

Most modern pc's can be upgraded to have extra memory or larger graphics cards or even new cd/dvd writers.
Any major change such as change of motherboard or change of main hard drive will require a reinstall of the operating system. If this is the case we will require the recovery disk you were given when the pc was first purchased or a genuine Microsoft windows disk to reinstall your operating system. We may also require any drivers disks you may have been supplied with, when your pc was first purchased or any additional devices you have added since e.g. printer's or scanners.
Upgrading of pc's older than about 5 years may be difficult due to the age of certain components. Your pc may require a completely new motherboard, processor & memory and in some cases a larger hard drive too. We can help you decide what is best for you depending on what is already installed in your current pc.
